  • Non Flowering Honeysuckle

Please can any one help I have two Honeysuckle plants approx four years old, my problem is at the start of each year they seem to put on lots of new growth then about his time of year start to drop their leaves and produce little or no flowers at all.
They have been like this for quite a while now. I have tried severe puning and again at the start of the year all looks promising, lots of new strong growth then nothing. Any ideas would be most welcome.
    Cheers Alan.

    Welcome to the Forum Alan.

Have you given any food to this plant?
    Is the ground moist?

Welcome to the Vine Awins. Are you sure your honesuckles are flowering varieties ?
Can you post a pic. ?

From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.

My only huneysuckle is in a large pot, and it is in flower for about 10 months of the year, or at least it has been for the last 3 years. I have never fed it and usually the only time I water it is when it looks like it is about to die from lack of water.
