This is my first year of growing and thus far my basil, thyme, rosemary and chillies are doing well (all windowsill grown - i have no garden just two large south facing windows). But my tomatoes (balconi red) have suddenly took a turn for the worst!!
last week I placed the largest one out in a hagging basket, to some expense, which has now developed yellow/orange spots on the leaves particularly the lower ones and appears to stop growing. The one left on my windowsill continued to grow surpassing its sibling but today I have noticed the the ends of the leaves are yellowing and curling up. So do I give up now, accepting the defeat and putting the costs down to experience and resigning to life of supermarket grown tomatoes, or is there hope yet???
