What to sow in 5x5 raised bed?

Hi All
I've just pulled up my onions ready for drying and I've got a 5x5 raised bed available for a new crop. Any ideas as to what I could grow here? Seeds or plants? Some winter veg would be nice? Any thoughts would be v cool!

Swiss Chard or Spring Cabbages?

If I'm gonna put spring cabbages in do I bring them on in a seed try first or sow direct to the bed?

You can do both, but the direct sown seedlings may be more vunerable to slugs.
