roses advice please

i recently bought a little pot in a supermarket and it has 4 little yellow roses in it , I have just had my lawn and garden all landscaped and its kinda open and wild out there at the moment, so i am wondering whats the best way to keep these lovely flowers alive and well till its ok to plant them out?

the pot is fairly small, and all it said on the wrapper was keep well watered and in good light......i have done this but there is alot of the lower leaves drying up and dropping off ???

was wondering if i should seperate the 4 plants and replant them in bigger pots for the moment, oh and whats a good food for them???

any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have never managed to keep one of those supermarket mini roses alive. Then again I am death to most houseplants
