Why are you boycotting Amazon?

Because last summer, they tried to screw bigger discounts out of a major UK publishers by removing the "Buy It Now" button from the pages of several bestsellers, so no-one could buy them. Talk about underhand!

Admittedly authors don't get royalties for secondhand books, but the Fitter & Blamey one is out of print anyway...
