For anyone who might be interested .Lidl are selling Bare Root Fruit trees on Thursday 19th October for Euro6.49. they have a hugh variety of eating apples, pears a Stelly cherry and Victoria and Golden gage plum.

Have they got a leaflet telling you what varieties are going to be available? If so I'll go and get one so I can check out the varieties!

I bought one of these plum trees about 3 years ago and its going from strength to strength so think its worth it. Am off to get a few more.

Netto had fruit trees last week for £3.99, I managed to get one from my local one last week, and 4 from the one in Otley on Saturday, they still had loads.

Hi all. Have been in this am. They are advertising wild bird stuff for Thursday 26th and fruit trees from Saturday 28th in the south. Fruit bushes (shows blackberry, raspberry, gooseberry and blueberry are 99p each and fruit trees (cherry, plum, pear and apple) £3.99 each. Also advertising assorted roses and plants.Bright Blessings
