Raspberry canes

Don't know if this should be in 'fruit' or here 'cos I'm new to this

Bought a potted Raspberry today at Squires (Autumn Bliss), it has 5 canes, growing in a clump, all sprouting. The threads I've read recommend 3 canes to a large pot, is that three like I've bought ie: another 2 pots needed or 3 single canes and the pot I have is enough?

Hope that makes sense to someone. I am hoping that I don't need any more! being a cheapskate

you can split all 5 into a pot each, or plant them all out separately - they'll be fine - not worth keeping 2 or 3 in one pot .......
