They lean towards the sun due to a protein called phototropism. If the plants are 3" or so then rotating is fine in my opinion but, with larger plants, I don't rotate because someone once told me that this causes stress to the plant as they keep seeking out the light.

I usually reckon if they are more than 3" they should be outside in a greenhouse or coldframe.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
