I have a mini greenhouse that I am using for the first time this year. When I went away a couple of weeks ago I left it unzipped for ab out a foot at the bottom. Opened it forward a little and put a brick on the plastic to hold it and give a bit of ventilation. Have been slowly opening it up a bit further up the zip in the same way ever since. Am now opening all but the top shelf and rolling up the plastic and tying it with string to leave the bottom shelves open to the air. Plants seem to be thriving. Lots of them I am lifting out completely for the day - only tucking them up at night. It is still a bit cold here.

Bramble Killer, your tomatoes look big enough to need a cane to support them.
A good drink of water and some cooler temperatures and they will be fine.
Rek, if you could be sure of the temperatures you were quoting those tomatoes and everything else would be fine outside.
If you could be sure of those temperatures.
There is always fleece.
Without seeing can't be sure but might be better than fryimg in the placcy greenhouse.
Good luck. Hope it goes well.

It could also depend on where your plastic GH is situated, if it's against a house wall then the night time temperatures may well not drop as low as the forecast as the walls hold the heat. I think I'd rather risk a bit of chill rather than frazzle and the forecast is not too cold for the next few days anyway.

the sunshine is going to roast things inside a plastic greenhouse unless you put some sort of shading on the top ... I peg a teatowel or a sheet of newspaper on the top.
The flap is completely rolled up daytimes too, zipped up at nightAll gardeners know better than other gardeners." -- Chinese Proverb.

Thanks jacob_marley, let's see how well they fare, I think OH is starting to feel neglected as I've been more worried about those tomatoes than anything else.
Alice- I didn't think they were tall enough to need supports yet, they aren't even 30cm tall yet. I shall put them in a bit of shade for a day or two then.
And not to confuse the situation, mine are in a glass greenhouse not the plastic zip things

My green house against the wall and only get morning sun for about 20 mins, after that its in shade. The weather forecasted for Reading is between 15-17 degrees during day for next 3 days and night temp now are showing between 5-7. Maybe I should roll up the flap half way through as suggested by buttie or roll up the the flap completely and drape a thin fleece in front.cheers Reks

most plants inc tom plants soon perk up with some water. i have the flap on my mini greenhouse tied up all the time, only let it down if its a really cold night/day and zipped if a frost is predicted. there shouldnt be many frosts now its may and if any they should only be slight.a good put down line to use !
