purple sprouting problems

Im having some problems with my purple sprouting brocolli, can anyone help?

1 The leaves are bieng nibbled what can I do?.
2 What is the best way to support them?.
3 How tall do they grow?.

1) Slugs then.
2) don't need support
3) about 3 foot tall

They seem to be terribly affected by the wind

and mine, they are about 6 inches and are laying down, i prop them back up in the morning but they are soon wonky again

where are they? they shouldn't be so soft that they lie down in a wind
