Excellent! Thanks! I'll be watching them closely... getting exciting now!

Oops yes, meant to ask... are these things little broad beans and flowers at the end?

Thanks Hotstuff! That's quite an avatar you've got

That's Tigger. He's still in my bad books after eating a couple of Cayenne seedlings last week. I'm sure it was deliberate cos I got him cheap cat-food and not his usual 'looks better than human food' brand.

You're doing well to have flowers on your toms already that far North, I'm about 400 miles South of you and I've just got the first couple of flowers on my 100's & 1000's. They're in hanging baskets which are currently languishing in the greenhouse due to the wet & windy weather we're having

I tend to change my avatar every few weeks, at the moment I'm going thru a "favourite film stars" phase

HotStuff, these toms did have a helping hand which might explain their advanced state compared to yours... the OH's mum gave us one of those AeroGarden growlight systems and these Toms spent about 3 weeks under it until they got too big for their 3" pots.
It seems to have worked out well (so far) so I'm hoping to do the same thing next year.
