I've just read the new allotment one by Alan Buckingham, and very impressed with it. From my library, for free. Allotment Month by Month: Alan Buckingham: Amazon.co.uk: Books
I also love Andi Clevely's books. All gardeners know better than other gardeners." -- Chinese Proverb.

Have The Allotment Book by Andi Clevely and Grow Your Own Veg by Carol Klein (amongst many many others) and both of them are very good. Would also recommend Food from your allotment and your garden by Readers Digest which includes veg, fruit, herbs and much much more.
