Advice welcomed - installing a raised bed

I know this question has been asked before on the Vine, but I can't find it when I search - is it OK to use newspapers that have some colour content?

Good news! the beds have been safely installed and I must say they look marvelous, my other half got very hot digging them out, bless him.
Our neighbours seem to like them and think they are a good idea, I think in a way they see us as Tom and Barbara types from the good life.
I said we should wind them up and say we will soon be getting a goat called Geraldine
