Red bugs

I got a few little red bugs walking around on my pavement I've seen them before but never in my garden! They are really small and red... all you can really say about them tbh Any idea's what they are?

Could be a Red Spider Mite

I think it might be velvet mite... Will have a really close look today, might try and get a picture but they are really small, so not sure if it will come out
