What to sow in containers RIGHT NOW..

Hi all,

I am sowing currently Ramrod spring onions in window boxes and 3 inch pots and I have just binned all my dying tomatoes plants and powdery mildew pea plants, so my container garden is looking quite bare at the mo.

Any ideas guys(For containers)

How about some cut and come again salad leaves? Rocket and swiss chard woud probably work. Or depending on the container size you could try some overwintering onions from sets.
