      All I can comment on is what I have experienced myself and seeing my family competition plants. If the plant is growing well the leaves will easily stand 2ft off the ground, some of mine were 3ft but think there was a little competition for light near the hedge. The largest leaves spanned 3ft x 3ft about 2.5ft off the ground.

      Just to give you a scale to work from. If you look at the pictures I posted in a previous post above you can compare the leaves against the back door of the polytunnel. It's a wide 4ft door!

      The picture below shows my partner weeding away. She's 5' 6". Gives you a scale of things.

      Lol, if I have totally misunderstood the question, ie. you meant height above sea level? Then I'm afraid I totally have no idea!
