Seedling Problems

I've been growing plants from seed for a number of years and have been pretty successful.

However, this year there has been problems.

The seedlings for the plants that I've sown so far have either become very leggy or have simply just stopped growing after a certain point.

They are in a well lit, warm room and I have not watered them any differently to previous (successful) years.

The plants are: sprouts, Cineraria maritima, & Limnanthes douglasii (poached egg).

Any ideas what is going wrong?

the light that your plants are getting at this time of year is obviously not strong enough for your seedlings to prosper,it would pay to resow in 3/4 weeks as light length and power will be better,i know your area as i used to work for landrover and lived in that area for apprx 30 years..... good luck with it...

Everything is a couple of weeks behind this year which is good news for me becuase i'm not late yet !
Have another go now and hopefully things will pick up a bit weather wise.

I normally try and sow a 2 - 3 week intervals and extend the season so at least one lot is normally wasted.

Limnanthes and sprouts don't need the heat of an indoors room.
I tried starting some limnanthes indoors, and they didn't like it, whereas the ones on the lotty are roaring away
