  • How to tell when rocket pots are done

    As above really, I planted them in containers and cant remember when soooo do they flower then pick or how big should the foliage be?? Roughly.

    You have a firkel round the roots and walla you could find the odd one and leave the rest to grow on i dug a root up today not very big but it has been a cold spring...jacob

        There is a way of doing it so as you do not lose the lot some other container growing Grape will be along to put you right i only grow in the ground traditional not raised beds...jacob

          They need about 13 weeks from planting to picking. I keep a diary and try to write down when I plant things (don't always remember), but rather than tip the whole pot out have a feel around under the plants and see if you can find any little potatoes. If not then leave them for a bit.
