Back from the nearly-dead!

A few weeks back I posted that I'd killed runner beans and courgettes by planting them out too soon. Well, they looked like they were a gonner but I covered them over with cut-off bottles and 5-litre containers anyway, and now they've put out little green leaves and started soaking up the sun again!

Who else has got survivors?

Mine are still in the mini greenhouse with their first true leaves just appearing!

Well done you. I often buy cheap trays of bedding plants at shops that look half dead - it's surprising how well they can do with a bit of TLC.
