Really pleased your beetroot made it to a harvestable size Novicegrower
I am about to sow another batch of peas as we have until the end of June I think. Mine have lots of pods but the leaves are looking rather tired.. if you plant later than June, ones that don't have time to grow to a good height can be used for pea shoots so nothings wasted. Many leaf miners don't invade the actual fruit/veg but beware of the pea moth who will be flitting around until late July. For me, spraying with the garlic infusions has been quite effective in keeping the numbers of most pests down.
Rustylady has just answered the question I was wondering about too. I will be "furtling" around in my potato planter as advised!
