Sowing Help

Hi Folks, I am going to hopefully be growing a few unusual crops next year, and could do with a few pointers regarding sowing times and any other tips you may have to offer on growing conditions etc...

Wild Dandelion's (for roots)
Wild Burdock (for roots)
Monkey Nuts (from peanut seeds)?

Appreciate anything you can offer me.
