I'd put it on the compost. It will certainly help accelerate the rotting process.

I created a whole raised bed using only fresh chicken and duck manure, I planted my courgettes into beds after waiting 3 months and have had fantastic results.

I compost mine - it's mixed with chopped hemp flooring of the run so I let the lot compost down. Lovely stuff!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

I sometimes add it to the compost heap but if it's strawy I add it straight to the soil as a mulch. Doesn't seem to scorch the plants and they seem to thrive on it (particularily brassicas!)My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)

I place the poop into my compost bin, purely I have quite a bit of wood shavings in it, but was told that it can leak armonia into the soil??? as you can find with horse manure?
Is that part true?
anyway, I used some this year and didnt have a problem, although I havent ever left it the suggested 2 years before use as I dont have the space to keep it for long and I have 4 bins!
