You could try if you can give it a south window - but give it something to climb and be prepared to tie it in regularly. As long as you want courgettes and not marrows it should work - I grow courgettes vertically outdoors so I don't see why not!
The weeks and the years are fine. It's the days I can't cope with!

You might need to hand polinate!

Grow a bush type of courgette if you're putting it in a tub, there are some varieties recommended, think I grew Venus last year and that was pretty commpact and VERY prolific.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

          Yo an' Bob
          Walk lightly on the earth
          take only what you need
          give all you can
and your produce will be bountifull

Thanks yoanbob, a girl after my own heart. Chill out, relax and let nature take its course; maybe tweak it along a bit, but don't fight it.
