I have introduced myself this morning, but am about to move (let's hope soon!) to a new property with a garden from my flat.
We have here, on our building, a wisteria which I'd like to take a cutting from to grow onto a pergola (sp?) in our new garden which is hot, sunny, and south facing.
Firstly, how do I take a cutting, would now be an ok time to do that - and what do I plant it in?
Secondly when I get to the new property, should I keep it in a pot, or plant it into the ground?
The plant here is enormous, and rampant, I'm not sure how you keep it in check and prevent it from taking over the entire back of the property.
