Advice request :)

Hi guys

I have a metre sq pop up veg bed with radish , lettuce , beetroot and spring onions all showing well so far.

Question is do i have to add anything to the soil as they grow or should they be ok with just water as required?.

they should be ok, none of them need much in the way of feeding.
