Help, my seedlings are dying!

I have several seedlings on shelves in front of a bedroom window. I didnt check for a couple of days as I was working and when I checked yesterday they looked all dry and shrivelled up. Even the healthy young herbs I had moved from the bathroom window had shrivelled...
Both windows get the same amount of sun (early morning til midday), both are similar temps (about 15-18C), the only differences I can think of is that the bathroom is more humid and has a frosted window.

Is it the sun?? and could I put an extra layer of net/voile over the window to cut it out slightly??

If you can, try putting a pic up KG. It can then be discussed whether they are over or underwatered, scorched or just maybe too cold on a night but they will need the light.

Unfortunatley I cant do pics.. The temp shouldnt affect them it is fairly constant day and night. I suppose I could of overwatered them.
If its any help the only things that are thriving in there are the nasturtium seedlings which have grown nearly 4ins in 2 days!

What sort of seedlings are they KG, and about what size were they before the "accident"?
Some seedlings are more vulnerable than others.
Nasturtiums seem to thrive on anything!

there was marigolds, cumin, basil, catnip, lobelia, and some salad leaves all about 1/2in- 2ins tall. Also the herbs I repotted and moved out of the bathroom were very healthy and about 5ins tall.
They just look like they have dried out and crinkled...
When I watered them I did let them soak up water from the bottom like the video.
