  • Over/Under Water

If one is to be done, is it better to over-water fruits or under-water them? In my experience if I over-water, the fruit is lost. When I under-water there is still a chance they'll spruce back up. Is this common?

What sort of fruit are you thinking of?

      as wendy said, what fruits?
if you overwater the fine hairs on the roots will be deprived of oxygen and you'll more or less choke the plant to death. If you under water, there's a chance it could be revived if you water before it dries out completely. But if it's tomatoes, then you'll end up with blossom end rot.

Wot Taff said. I lost a whole load of tomatoes last year when I tried to drown them and the ones that survived had blossom end rot. Heed the words and water wisely. That sounded a bit Yoda-ish
