Hi all
Can anyone give me any ideas. I have runner beans growing up canes. Can anyone sugest something a bit different?.

Sorrt I did not explain myself very clearly. What else could I train runners up?

Thanks I will, just thought I have a 10 ft piece of water pipe I have been using for my new pollywolly, might make A hoop and criss cross twine and grow them over this. ( I HATE WASTE).

I'm doing mine over an arch made of canes and a bent tree branch at the top to make the arch. Well I am when I get round to finishing the arch bit. The arch goes over a path so you walk underneath to harvest. I did it last year but the runners/frenchies were a disaster last year due to ridiculously late frosts and constant drought, so the arches looked a bit bare.
