Whats wrong with the Tomato plants

Hi

Im new to growing veg having not had a garden and so Iv started off with Tomatoes and few other veg. I have a couple of plastic grow houses where I have several plants in together and today I have noticed that in both I have found plants with some sort of blight or being eaten, Im not sure what it is, can anyone help on a diagnosis and how to get rid of it? It has also affected a young butternut squash plant and looking online it seems to look like it might be some sort of soil disease in which case around almost all my plants will have be thrown away! any help or suggestion on what it might be would be greatly appreciated!

no disease, it's just getting scorched by the sun, or blown by the wind. They'll be fine.

It's not blight - as Taff said it's scorch. Don't panic there's no need to throw anything away. How big are your growhouses, and whereabouts are you. I'm not sure about growing a butternut squash in a growhouse - they take up an awful lot of room.

Really?! Oh I hope so and the plastic grow houses do get quite condensated with direct sun on them for the last 2 days so that would fit! I check all my plant for bugs but can’t see anything wrong otherwise so I will take them out of quarantine and see how they go! Thank you so much taff!

Hi Rustylady, Thanks for the confirmation on the scorching! The larger grow house is for tomatoes so around 4 -5foot and the other is about the same height but with 4 shelves so each shelf is around 1.5 foot or so. I live in Wimbledon, South London and the squash have taken residence in the grow house while I get a raised bed in place (still learning about those!!) and are still small (Iv probably planted them at completely the wrong time!) :S thank you!

On warm days (Ha Ha) make sure you GH door is open, good ventilation is essential to prevent disease.
