What a shame Pottypotter. How did they die. Did they just keel over, or dwindle away. Where did you have them - was it too cold ? You've got plenty time to sow some more courgettes. I'm sure they'll be fine.

Hi Pottypotter, sorry to hear about your problems, as Alice says perhaps if you give us a few more details we might be able to offer some ideas. You have to be careful not to overwater courgettes when they are small or they may rot at the base of the stem, so check for that. It could be that your plants are somewhere either too hot or too cold or they could have been attacked by something (vine weevil grubs/slugs/scarid fly larvae etc.). Just try sowing some more & make sure your pots are clean & that you use fresh, clean compost. Good luck.
