Last time I complained to a seed company I was called a liar. Why would I put myself through that again?

For what it's worth, I'm glad that you raised this as I think that as a successful and skilled gardener, your experiences of poor or non-existent germination on seeds from this supplier are extremely pertinent for the less experienced/novice gardener who would otherwise think that they have somehow cocked-up and it is their fault.
