I was just getting rid of some stuff my grandkids dont use any more when i came upon a bundle of plastic tubing that was used to put up the little tent they used to play in.
Just about to bin it when I had this idea.
I have a bamboo table with a shelf underneath in the conservatory.
I took the plastic tubing and tied it to the four legs of the table and built a square around it.
A frame for my tomatoes and peppers.
I draped some fleece over it, then some polystyrene stuff that was left over from under the wooden flooring, and then some bubble wrap that my new washing machine arrived in.
It may not win an award for the best appearance but the plants are all tucked up now and it cost me nothing.
I'm well pleased.
