I've grown 6 courgettes seeds in a shallow seed tray and a week later further 4 seeds were started in 7cm square pots. From the seed stray, 4 seedlings have emerged with healthy green cotyledons and are growing on well and true leaves are just starting to form. However, from the pots 2 of courgettes seedlings have emerged but the tips of the cotyledons are yellow. The other two have just started to poke their heads through the soil.
I have tried to search about courgettes with yellow tipped/edged cotyledons. Found very little apart from someone else who found that yellow spots on cotyledons on courgette leaves but suggested that they went on to form true leaves. So I'm going to leave them to grow on but I am interested to see if any one else has experienced this???
Thanks, JazzyK
