Sweet Olive tomatoes

Can anyone tell me how these should be growing, mine are very tall ! I am not sure if I am supposed to nip side shoots which I may have done resulting in the tallness, flowers are begining to show but only on the top.
If I sowed some more would they come up in time ? for this season

I think sweet olive is a bush type so the side shoots don't need nipping off. However, in my experience, side shoots keep coming! They can really take over even if you are vigilant so I would leave them now and let side shoots grow. You could try a few more seeds for a succession but I think you'll get away with it.
