  • Fledgling plot

There was a break in the weather last night, so I managed to get to the plot and take a couple of photos of my potatoes (and the plot in general). Now I know it's nothing special to look at, but I'm very proud of my first ever plants, so don't laugh!

Ok, so they're only potatoes at the moment, but look at the potential for the plot!!

    Als currently planned/seeding:

    Courgettes (bush type)
Butternut squash (1 plant donated to me)
    Cucumber (ditto)
    Cauliflowers
    Brussel sprouts
    Sugersnap peas
    Onions
    Dwarf beans
Carrots (might start again given that only 3 have come through)
Tomatoes and peppers in mini greenhouses

You're half way there, Dobby - just add the dates you put things in on to the plan, and the date you first pick them. Next year you'll know where to move things round, and how long things are in the ground for.

Looks pretty impressive to me. Imagine what it will be like when you get the other beds planted up. Great feeling isn't it?
