Courgettes Flowering In Pots?

I have two small courgette plants in small pots in the (plastic) greenhouse, was planning on putting em out this week or next, problem is I checked this morning and they each have a flower! Is it okay to just go ahead and plant them out, or should I do something else?

I had this aswell. I planted mine out as it was in a very small pot, I made sure I watered well and also put some fertilizer into the hole. No harm seems to have come to it so I'd go for it - Plant them out.

Some people grow them entirely in pots so it shouldn't be a problem. My marrow was flowering when I put it out about 10 days ago. It's got a 3" marrow on it now!

It doen't matter if it's flowering Sez. Just do what you were going to do.

It's actually better to leave marrows, courgettes and tomatoes to get a bit pot-bound and produce flowers before you put them into their final pots or positions. If you don't you get lots of leaves and few flowers (and therefore fewer fruits)
