If it's couch grass you'll probably never get it all up. Soil looks good enough, but the weeds will soon grow back, even at low temperatures. Leave it uncovered for a week, and take another picture - you'll be surprised!
Your best bet would be to try and get your hands on some cardboard (try the back doors of your local retail park, for large boxes), and cover the bare soil until you're ready to plant it up. Cover each area that you clear, or you'll be clearing again in a few weeks, weather permitting.
Looks like a good spot you have there.

Glutton... Thanks I have put some plastic sheets over it .. So it should be ok but I'm panicking as I'm only a novice . But yeah it's a great little spot gunna set up a shed hopefully weekend .. And also gunna get some chickens on there
