Maximising shed space - any advice/tips?

Evening all,

My shed is currently being built & I was wondering how can I maximise the space to get the most from it?

I have a bench to do potting up etc and I will use the following to maximise space usage:
- shelving (gardening books)
- cupboards which I can do stuff on top and put stuff in
- hooks to hang coats etc on

anything else I can do?

You can store things in the apex, like long canes in suspended loops made from bunjies on hooks?

If you build it on brick piers or concrete blocks you can store wood and canes under the shed.

Samuel,I find all the pots a pain so got my OH to put shelves under the potting bench and occasionally I sort all the pots out in size order. A couple of the shelves have movable slatted wood so I can store winter squashes.

Make room for a stool that you can push in a corner or under the bench. You need somewhere to sit with a coffee and a good book
