What do I so with this?

Got a grow bag out the back. Basil hasn't grown, lettuce has in middle and rocket has on right.

Is rocket ready? Do I just pull off what I want and then let it grow back?

Pick the rocket leaves individually, leave the rest of the plant to grow on. It will bolt/flower when its had enough!!
