spinach

I have just ordered some spinach seeds. does anyone know if Bloomsdale is a good variety? i.e. does it produce loads of spinach lol.

Hi Salina,

I am growing a row of Bloomsdale on my allotment and it's rowing really well. However, it's also bolting very very easily and I'm cutting off flowers at almost every visit. I'd recommend sowing a perpetual spinach and I will be planting some at the weekend.

Bloomsdale do produce alot of greens though and I must say very nice they are too !
