Help with Lunar planting

Hi anyone!

I've been reading up on lunar planting and half fancied a go until
I went a bit further into it and found it to be real contradictory. Is it? or is it me that can't quite grasp it?

I was going for the more straight forward method "Synodic" When I started reading on the puter, some things were advised to plant now and the Biodynamic method said definatley dont. Is this the case usually and should I only read one method at a time?

Hope this question makes sense to someone who could maybe give me some advice.

It is very popular in certain circles, I tried many years ago but couldn't keep up to it. I found it too demanding on my lickle brain.

Maybe not the right time of day/night for me brain wise! Will have to do a bit more reading up.
