What is this growing in my blueberry plant pot

Hi all
I have this plant growing in by blueberry pot with my blueberry plant. I always thought it was a branch of my blueberry plant. But today I noticed something when the leaf buds opened and they looked odd. Any ideas waft this might be? I hope u can see the file I have attached
