I'm in the Cambridgeshire Fens, past two days have been mighty windy, but we've not had any frost for weeks.....I just wondered if maybe it was wind damage...a couple of the leave stalks have taken a right battering.......I'll try and upload a photo..but I've tried before & it's not uploaded I'm on ipad not PC.
Fingers crossed this works.
This is the best I can get at the minute cos it's blowing a hooley out there again ...this at least shows a couple of the affected leaves....the other two pots seem to be fine no blackening on those so far...just a few bent leave branches is all on those.
They just look a little bruised... absolutely nothing to worry about!
Thank you they were doing great until the high winds this past few days battered em about...just wanted to check it was nothing major...coz I'm looking forward to chomping some new spuds in a few weeks time xx
The bulk of the leaves look great, if it worries you just remove the damaged leaves.
