How should a green house heater look when lit?

I purchased a paraffin heater earlier this year and just started to use it now. Ive filled it and let the wick soak and ive lit it but not sure how far out the wick should be or how big the flame should be, any ideas?

I'd be tempted to read these reviews ev's. There seems to be issues regarding the burning of this product.
