Sorry, I have no answer whatsoever on it. Couple of people said to me to be careful and that they couldn't give manure to allotments anymore but I don't know anymore. Can't find anything online so not sure.
Point being that sadly my 2 sources of manure are now no longer, and I'm wondering if it would be detrimental to the soil to just put the weed suppression fabric over it without any form of fertiliser. I'm sure I'll be able to source some later, but for now I'm at a loss and want to sort it out before we get much colder outside!
