my tomato,pepper and chilli seedlings have sprouted what stage should I begin planting on and what sort of pot size should i move to next? they are currently in normal seed trays

also what type of compost should i ideally be looking at to keep them healthy?

I'm no expert but I pot them on when they have at least one set of true leaves. I just use normal MPC

I would also wait till they have one set of true leaves then transplant them into 3" pots of MPC but keep indoors near plenty of light till temps rise a bit.

Either a 12" bucket or the ground......wherever their final growing position is.

Don't forget to harden them off for a bit if they're going outside.
