If monies are being exchange I would also class this as sub-letting. However, I'm still pleased for brumbird.

It says "a person authorised...by the Tenant" is allowed on the site. And she made it clear its a trial to see if it works, and that if i wanted to put perennial plants in that i should do some research and we would discuss it. Its still definitely her plot! Maybe technically its a bit dodgy but i dont think there is a long list as such, just that there is never any movement. I trust the secretary though, she knows the lay of the land (in every sense) so i am sure its ok.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Went and dug the big bed over today. Feel like i am definitely an extra pair of hands - took lots of direction from my lovely new mentor, who as a retired primary school language specialist has bonded beautifully with my five year old. Littlun did me proud, she worked hard picking out stones and breaking up clods of earth like a pro. Helped mentor move some odds and ends about and met 6 other plot holders who were all lovely. But i spent all my energy and didnt finish digging over my garden veg patch! Must divide my time appropriately but its a lovely place to beLast edited by brumbird; 24-04-2016, 05:25 PM.

Have been up a few more times to tackle the couch that is everywhere but there is a whiff of a chance that a big plot might be coming up - secretary has sounded out the people on the list and is thinking of quartering it which means i could be getting a slice of the good life this year probably after the growing season tbh but that suits me - i can get it weeded/covered and organised for next year. Sitting tight for now...
