There's 3 tyres with a bottomless bin tied on top - nothing in it. What is this used for?

Bit of a makeshift cold store, it's been emptied now gonna clean the glass and see what I can do with it.

Nice Rhubarb crowns, remove the buttercups or you will be over run with them. Also I would remove any plastic.

I did wonder if he was using it to force the rhubarb. Does it not need a lid though? I thought it was darkness to force it?
