I know it's deciduous. I sprouts red leaves before turning green. Then goes red again in autumn. Bark is light greyish almost like birch

Can you put up a photo of a leaf as I can't be sure what shape the leaves are. Also one of the tree please.

EDIT - Ignore that as you've just done it!
Looks like a maple of some sort.

Yah the leaves are maple shaped so I was leaning towards that. It was here when I moved in 2 years ago and it's a lovely tree. Looks lush when it's in full growth mode. Just wish I knew what it was!

Looks like it may be a self set? If that's the case then it's likely field maple or Norway maple. Whatever it is if you have the space for it and you like it enjoy.

Maples are lovely. So many different leaf shapes and colours. I only have one, a tiny dwarf weeping one with dark red leaves. Its just coming into leaf now..

Just wondering if it could be a Liquidambar styraciflua - Sweet Gum According to the link, the leaves are arranged differently to a maple so you may be able to check that.

Looks like a Norway Maple from the (fuzzy) leaf shape.
