Plant id please

Anybody know what this plant is please.

Looking to move them out of there pots and put directly into the ground.

Its one plant but I have 2 pots of the same. I had to crop the picture to post so may have lost some of it.

The thorny bits are dead wood which I haven’t taken off properly and the leaves are quiet small. Will try and get a better photograph tomorrow and get the tape to show size.

If I remember rightly it has small yellow flowers.

There are lots of different types/colours but they all have the same sort of flower and are a bit straggly, thin whippy stems. Propagate quite easily - I've taken some in the past so it must be easy!!
